The man pictured is Jesse Reynolds. He alleges between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM on the evening of Saturday, May 21, 2011 that Bruce Laymon beat him at the top of the steep easement trail to Larsen's Beach. This is several hours after Bruce Laymon installed the illegal fencing blocking off the lateral trail to Larsen's Beach. The alleged incident reportedly took place at the top of the bluff near the corner of the newly erected fence.Attached is a photo of Jesse Reynolds demonstrating the headlock he was held in while being punched.
He also reports being punched while being held by the hair. Also attached is a photo of back injuries he reportedly sustained being pushed down the cliff onto rocks.
Kauai Police Department Officer Korowski (Badge K505) took his statement May 23, 2011 at about 3:45 P.M. Police Report # 2011-12692 should be available in 5 days
